It is not surprising that most Christians don’t care much about their Christian beliefs and doctrines. No one cares anymore about doctrinal precision, such as whether to gather for worship on Sundays or Saturdays, or whether to speak in tongues or not. This book, CHRISTIAN TEACHINGS REVISITED, ventures to clarify and validate the biblicality of common doctrines and practices embraced by most Christians. Aside from extreme Pentecostalism that teaches speaking in tongues as a requisite for salvation, the worst and most outrageous theological deviation came from the Calvinist predestinarians who claim that faith in Christ happens not because of a person’s free will to repent and believe. Christ said, “Whoever BELIEVES in Him will not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16) But the hyper-Calvinists bend Scriptures by saying that a person believes because he was predestined (chosen) to believe before the foundation of the world.
