Alternative Medicine
Alternative medicine is used to describe the proven potency of medicinal herbs in addressing many diseases that synthetic drugs alone cannot truly cure, such as ulcers, heart disease, or cancer. Mainstream medicine, the modern allopathic system of treatment (surgery, synthetic drugs—everything we find in modern hospitals), views the thousands of years of herbal traditional medicine as just an alternative to “modern medicine.” After the COVID-19 pandemic, however, the world woke up and viewed modern medicine as something we needed to question, given its medical monopoly, the control of medical literature by Big Pharma, and its adverse effects on public health in the light of misinformation and information censorship.

This ebook blends holistic wisdom with modern science to help you manage chronic back pain naturally—no matter your lifestyle or stage of life.
Why We Get Sick
We need to stay healthy by understanding the causes of major diseases and how synthetic drugs (the extremely potent Ivermectin is a semisynthetic drug), as well as medicinal herbs, can keep us away from premature death. Let’s make it clear at the outset that there are many cardiologists who have died prematurely of heart attacks. Our so-called understanding as to why we get sick is not a guarantee that we will live longer than the unschooled ones. For example, less educated, poor farmers in the mountains tend to live longer than a sedentary lawyer who rarely exposes himself to the sun.
For example, prescription drugs are a leading cause of death worldwide. We have to keep in mind that allopathic medicine shortens life, since our bodies are resisting everything unnatural, from junk food to synthetic drugs.
But since we have available research materials on how to keep ourselves healthy, it is only wise to pay attention to the available scientific facts and figures about diseases, their causes, and premature death. For example, prescription drugs are a leading cause of death worldwide. We have to keep in mind that allopathic medicine shortens life, since our bodies are resisting everything unnatural, from junk food to synthetic drugs. We need alternative health therapies to stay healthy. This is how I expanded my health regimen from relying solely on synthetic treatments to incorporating natural remedies.
How to Live Long
A study indicates that to live a long life, we need to do three things: eat the right foods, maintain a regular sleep schedule, and engage in good physical exercise. Nowadays, however, our lifestyle has changed, from the kind of foods that we’re eating down to our bad sleeping habits and lack of proper exercise due to our mobile phones, social media, the Internet, and other exciting routines during the evenings of our city life.
Premature death is a reality: we will die early and contrary to nature because we’re doing everything needed to die early. The Bible has a favorable description of this health blindness of ours: “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”
Premature death is a reality: we will die early and contrary to nature because we’re doing everything needed to die early.
Allopathic Medicine Fails
We don’t need to spend time exploring the realm of synthetic drugs on this page, as our medical professionals are fully capable of handling this matter. If a gun closely represents a soldier, then man-made drugs similarly represent medical practitioners. “Legal drugs” have saved the lives of millions—thanks to our doctors! Without doctors, our cities would lack hospitals, and worse, our patients would have no choice but to consult the gods, witches, and quacks, just as people did in the early days when the world was still young. Truth be told, however, allopathic medicine cannot surpass naturopathic treatments in terms of efficacy in the areas of aging and degenerative diseases.
After spending billions of dollars in research for over a hundred years, allopathic doctors and researchers cannot cure cancer or hypertension–(and even themselves!). Studies indicate that medical specialists lived 78.9 years, while “emergency medicine specialists had the lowest life expectancy at 58.7.” Alternative medicine is just the best option for those knowledgeable enough to understand the failings of mainstream medicine, except in the field of surgery.

As we age, synthetic solutions often bring more side effects than relief. This book offers gentle, time-tested herbal remedies that support your body’s healing processes—without the risks of drugs or procedures.
Synthetic Drugs Are Not Enough
The advent of “alternative medicine” is getting very popular nowadays, in spite of the technology and the modern drugs that are used in our hospitals. The reason is that synthetic drugs and the brilliance of our medical practitioners are not sufficient means in our fight against premature death. Decades have passed since the discovery of the AIDS virus or cancer, and yet our geniuses failed miserably in prolonging the lives of victims—even their lives. This failure has led to a recent surge in interest in medicinal herbs, commonly referred to as alternative medicines.
For a backstory, we know that John Rockefeller pushed for petroleum-based synthetic drugs and labeled herbal and traditional medicine as “alternative medicine.” “In the early 1900’s,” according to meridianhealthclinic.com, “there were a variety of doctors and healing modalities in America. Some of the medical specialties included chiropractic, naturopathy, homeopathy, holistic medicine and herbal medicine. To eliminate the competition Rockefeller he hired a contractor named Abraham Flexner to submit a report to Congress in 1910. This report “concluded” that there were too many doctors and medical schools in America, and that all the natural healing modalities which had existed for hundreds of years were unscientific quackery. The report called for the standardization of medical education, whereby only the AMA (another monopoly) would be allowed to grant medical school licensure in the U.S.” (Source: meridianhealthclinic.com/how-rockefeller-created-the-business-of-western-medicine)
Alternative Health Therapies
The power of medicinal herbs and alternative medicine should not be overlooked. While modern allopathic medicine has made significant advancements, it has also faced limitations in curing certain chronic and degenerative diseases. The overreliance on synthetic drugs and the medical establishment’s dismissal of traditional herbal remedies have contributed to a growing disillusionment with mainstream healthcare. The COVID-19 pandemic has further compelled us to question the monopoly of Big Pharma and the potential of natural remedies to complement conventional treatments.
As we strive to live longer and healthier lives, it is crucial to recognize the value of medicinal herbs and alternative approaches to healthcare. By understanding the causes of diseases and exploring the scientific evidence on the efficacy of natural remedies, we can make informed choices about our well-being. The path to longevity may lie in a balanced approach that combines the best of both traditional and modern medicine, empowering individuals to take charge of their health and embrace the healing power that nature provides.
My Health Story
For over 15 years, I struggled with various aging-related health issues. I actually wrote this article in 2011. While searching for a file on my computer, I saw this piece and thus edited it as I found it relevant. In summary, I formulated and produced my own herbal capsules. That’s it. In 2000, I became a health lecturer for a company. Since then, I have taken omega-3 fatty acids daily until now. It’s 25 years of Omega 3. That’s how convinced I am about the efficacy of alternative medicine and herbal remedies.
